Nothing humbles a sim racer faster than spending thousands on a motion rig and load cells only to get completely out-qualified by someone playing on a vintage Logitech G29.

Britcar 24 Broadcast Unravels
SRN Esports entered into a surprise when they realized they just slid their BMW GT4 into the top split broadcast through iRacing yesterday morning. After an impeccable qualifying by Matthew Meilleur putting them into P3 on the GT4 grid, Preston Le, Jon Lauzon and Raymond Tieu worked hard to keep the car afloat. They had some minor contact in the beginning of the race, putting them slightly down the order, however they fought back hard to work their way into a steady P4. As the 12th hour was coming to a close, a slight over-steer snap and a little too much pressure on the throttle, the car lost its rear end and plowed straight into the wall. Too much damage ensued to give them a shot at making up anymore places, so they called it a night.
Ending up P8 overall in top split with a podium in sight was enough to get everyoneās hopes up moving onto the next round.
See you in Petit next week and then weāll catch you at Bathurst during the top split with the Super Cars.
